I recently appeared on the
Podcast.We started off with a discussion about my health “journey” and what the ideal diet looks like, along with easy ways for people to eat better in their busy lives.
The second half of the show is a bit more business focused. I talk about why I started MASA, what it’s like to run a healthy food startup, and why the food industry is the way that it is.
I’ve hinted at this topic in some previous articles. However, we talk particularly about the scale and pricing dymanics that benefit big corps in a way that I haven’t talked about publicly before nor seen anyone else doing so.
