Health doesn’t have to be expensive.
Things like good food, fresh air, sunlight, and deep sleep all make a huge impact, and are accessible to everyone.
However, there are plenty of other products, like supplements, clothing, books, and other tools that will make it much easier to be healthy especially in the toxic world outside of Tan Land.
That is why I am compiling in one place a full list of the best products to help you on your quest for better health.
I currently or have previously used everything on this list (except where noted). If you know of a good brand or better version that I’m missing, I’d be happy to hear about it.
Structure
The list is organized by the following categories, and will be updated over time. Click them to jump to the corresponding section (won’t work in the email), or do a ctrl-f
to find something by name.
For the sake of brevity and easy scrolling, minimal details are included. Make sure to check out my other posts, my social media accounts, or other research for more info on when and how to use them.
Supplements
Diet comes first, and supplements are supplementary. Still, modern food is nutrient depleted, and the stress of modern toxins requires even more nutrients.
Artificial problems require artificial solutions.
Minerals
Magnesium Taurate (well regarded form of magnesium)
Magnesium Glycinate (considered the most absorbable and least disruptive to digestive system)

Methylene Blue (general purpose anti-oxidant and anti-viral)

Devices and Equipment
These are the set-it-and-forget it things that you should only have to buy once.
In fact, by legal requirement, every house in Tan Land must come equipped with all of these devices.
They may sound expensive, but they are all investments that are more than worth it in the long run.
Water
The first test in the Tan Land citizenship test is “do you eat seed oils?”
The second is “do you drink tap water?”
If you answer yes to either question, you’re out. Water is that important, and if you don’t have a good water source, you need to drop everything and fix it.
RO Water filter from Pristine Hydro (expensive)
RO Water filter (less expensive)
Spring water (delivered in 5 gallon glass jugs)
Dual KDF shower filter (necessary if you have city water
Air Quality

Car air filter (necessary if you spend any appreciable time driving through cities/on highways)
Respirator and Filter (useful if living with poor air quality, or driving through smog-ridden hellholes)
Cookware/Kitchen
All-Clad Frying Pan (the only uncoated stainless steel cookware that actually doesn’t stick. Fried eggs are a breeze in this thing)
Pyrex containers (perfect for leftovers, storing cheese, etc.)
Cheese paper (if you have leftover cheese, you need to store it right)
Oster Blender (glass jar, very powerful, will last forever, and easy to replace the blades)
Light and Radiation
Tri-Field EMF meter (measure and reduce the strength of EMF in your environment)
Ra Optics (blue light blocking glasses)
No Choice (EMF blocking garments, I get the most use out of their blanket and underwear)
Posture/Biomechanics
Lacrosse balls (for myofascial release)
Theracane (for advanced MFR)
Ergonomic stool (cheap)
Cosmetics and Skincare
Processed food is bad enough, yet the cosmetics industry is even worse.

can you recommend a sleeping mattress made of safe materials? thank you!
Hey Tan Man, i spent the entire day yesterday researching for a toaster oven which won't have a non-stick coating on the interior, and choosing between gravity water filters. I got myself into analysis paralysis as i didn't see any good options =)
- toaster ovens: seems all that are available on the market are using nonstick compounds on the interior of the oven: teflon, PTFEs, PFOAs, PFAS, chromium/zinc/galvanized or aluminized steel, etc. Read multiple mentions that those materials, when heated, can aerosolize from the inside walls and end up in your food.
- gravity water filters: Berkey, Pro One, Alexapure -- all are looking good from the first glance, but upon checking further there are certification/marketing games. out of those 3 i'm leaning towards Pro One + ordering an expensive lab test of the filtered water it produces. if the lab will return poor testing results, RO is my only option then.
could you recommend a save toaster oven and a gravity water filter? or point me into a trusted source of info please?
