thanks for this great overview of the health conditions to be aware of. in addition to what i already knew, i added one more i want to address.

to anyone interested in learning more on breathing and dental health, in addition to the Shut Your Mouth book, i would also recommend book called Jaws by Sandra Kahn and Paul R. Ehrlich. i wish i had that knowledge before i became a parent ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did you ever make the follow-up article to this? The ‘how to fix them’ article.

I have not made an article addressing all seven of these points because that would likely be a book; rather the totality of my articles when applied will address most of these

These symptoms are not different conditions requiring different treatments, but rather all different manifestations of the same set of underlying health problems due to poor food and lifestyle in general.

Basically, if you truly fix one, you fix them all.

Dr. Lara Briden has a website and 2 books for women and transmits work of Dr. Jerilynn Prior -- how the menstrual cycle is a signal of health.

I had an overcrowded mouth and an overjet. I have 8 teeth removed (4 behind the canines and 4 wisdom teeth). I had retractive headgear and braces for 2.5 years. I did as much research as I could to help out my kids. At the time of my first pregnancies, I followed the "Blue Ribbon Baby" AKA Bradley Birth Diet. I'm certain it was better than any diet I had eaten before, but thankfully I had always liked food and ate plenty and enjoyed a full range of foods. I even enjoyed liver in the form of pate. My first baby ended up with... a long story... braces but I think this was due to sucking thumb which I will fully admit was totally my fault--I actually encouraged that at the time. I repent. Then, he has great teeth but just not enough room for the wisdom teeth. So, I feel that I did mitigate to SOME DEGREE and I shudder to think what he would have if it weren't for me diving headlong into trying to EAT FOR NUTRIENTS. My second baby also has to have her wisdom teeth removed, but I think that is just to preserve "perfect" alignment due to modern standards. I think that she would likely be fine without that, or is "on the line," IMO. But, her arches situation was much better... by the time I was pregnant with her I was drinking raw cow's milk (to which I was very likely sensitive; I have been dairy free since about 2010). Even though these outcomes are not spectacular, I think that it shows a good reason why studies should be done... And, I believe that looking at the rest of my family and the many children that have been born into it, show the dietary habits of the parents and the jaw structures of the kids. I do feel that my kids got one major step better than me and that my grandchildren will do much better if my kids will follow the dietary advice that I am now giving them (Perfect Health Diet and Nourishing Traditions inspired and shunning PUFAs). Thanks again for your work, Really Tan Man!
