It's not rocket science; multinational food and pharmaceutical conglomerates and their paid cronies in academia and government just hate you and want you to be unhealthy.

Of course, unfortunately there are people out there who believe scientific research funding just falls out of the sky rather than from institutions with something to gain

Thanks! I recently started a master post of links that I have a QR code for, so that whenever someone asks why I'm anti-seed oil, I can give them the QR code to scan for resources. I will add a link to this.

Great post! I hadn't read much of the literature but this spurred me on to do a lot of my own research. I wrote it up in this post (https://healthybydefault.substack.com/p/why-are-seed-oils-bad) which outlines the mechanism which causes disease and includes a bunch of links to studies in the footnotes. Feel free to include any of them!
